Most things are common sense. Clothes must be taken off the line and outside furniture cushions should be put away. Pets toys and water/food bowls should be put away. Any foot wear outside can be put away.
It depends on the service, the size of the property but most residential services take between 1 hour to 2 hours.
For most services like cockroaches, spiders and termite inspections they should be done annually.
We use the safest products we can in your home and business. Most importantly that means following the manufactures label to apply it correctly. To minimise exposure to chemical is really important, so we recommend your property be clean and tidy, toys, clothes etc put away. We also advice that the place be vacant when all interiors are treated and owners return 1 hour after job completed.
All our products are designed not to stain surfaces that are treated and most of our products have little to no smell after they have been applied.
Most of our services come with warranty, it depends on the type of service and the pest treated. But if you feel that you are not happy with the service we recommend you let us know as soon as you can so we can sort it out.
